DISCOVERY 41-D The Discovery 41-D crew signs a philatelic envelope. Philatelic Envelope signed: "Judy Resnik", "Hank Hartsfield", "Mike Mullane", "Mike Coats", "Steven A. Hawley" and "Charles Walker", 6½x3½. Space Cover bearing 20-cent flag stamp pictorially postmarked Kennedy Space Center, Florida, August 30, 1984, depicting the space shuttle. Three satellites were deployed during 41-D, Discovery's first flight, launched on August 30, 1984: Satellite Business System SBS-D, SYNCOM IV-2 (also known as LEASAT 2) and TELSTAR.
