Product Description The Salomon Quest Origins backpacking boots are designed to handle rough terrains while hiking. They feature a patchwork upper of textile and velvety nubuck leather, for a smooth finish. A mud guard base and gusseted tongue prevents dirt from entering these boots through their lace eyelets and upper. Featuring a GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane, these boots retain heat and resist water for a comfortable trekking escapade. They come with a thermoplastic urethane midsole that features the patent 4D Advanced Chassis technology. This provides torsional stability and lowers ankle strain. Additionally, the patent non-marking Contagrip outsoles help maintain gait on rocky or wet ground. The Rubber toe and heel counter supplement grip.
