How to use gel pad:

Take out the bottom board from the storage bag.

Install the gel pad and receiver.

Peel off the gel pad from the bottom board.

Apply the electrode pad to the body areas that need exercise.

How to use the operational buttons:

Press the "on off" button for 2 seconds the power is on. Press the button 2 seconds again  and then the power is off.

Press the "+"/"-" button, intensity increase/decrease.

Press the "MODE" to choose the exercise modes.

How to use the remote control:

The product will stop automatically after exercise is finished. Push the power button for 2 seconds if you want to turn off it during it working

Press the "UP"/"DOWN" button, intensity increase/decrease.

Press the "MODE" to choose the modes.
