This is a lightweight material and breathable as well, allowing air to permeate the interior keeping the foot nice and cool. The upper also has the Strobel Last, This is an underfoot fabric stitched in full length to the upper for a more comfortable and supportive feel. The Overlays of this shoe are designed anatomically based on standard size intended to provide a snug fit that helps stabilise the upper structure through sharp movements where torsion may take place. To keep the foot fresh and in a healthy foot environment, this shoe has the anti-microbial ETC Sockliner in its upper. Keeping to the upper the updated aha come with full 360 degree reflectivity for running in low light conditions. Midsole - 5-lug P.O.P 3 Platform. The midsole of the updated Aha II shoe has the EVA midsole designed to provide excellent cushioning underfoot. It also has the innovation of the Action/Reaction Technology, specifically in the forefoot and heel, that absorbs shock in the heel and releases energy in the toes. You will also find the POP3 in 5-lug Platform intended to provide a forgiving ride. In the forefoot part of the midsole has the Biomechanical Metatarsal Sensor plate that provides sensory feedback constantly, allowing you to have a good feel of the ground. Outsole - Super High Abrasion Rubber Compound. The outer sole of the Newton Aha II has the highly durable Super High Abrasion Rubber Compound or SHARC. This is designed to make the sole durable against abrasion. This is also intended to provide an increased traction on dry or wet grounds.
