Uno R3 Board for Arduino:

16*16 LED Lattice Screen:
This is a 16*16 LED lattice screen, it can dispalys of the entire line shift up, shift left, shift right and so on.

The circuit board is a double-sided PCB board.
This module consists of 4 matrix LED display, column control and row control.
Column control consists of two SIPO chip 74HC595, row control consists of two decoding chip.
There's 8 control port, user can use jumper or other cable to the Single Chip Microcomputer or Arduino to control the LED.
