Add Pectinaze to your wine, cider or mead as it can be assumed that pectin will be present to some extent in all wines, especially fruit and country wines, ciders and meads.

To remove pectin treat with Harris Pectinaze preferably at the start of fermentation when adding the yeast.

Just add 10 drops per gallon (4.5L) of wine or cider.
