No other wine fining performs as well for clearing wines.WineFine sachets are ready mixed express wine finings that have a long shelf life and are easily applied straight from the packet.Harris WineFine can clear a wine in as little as 24 hours.Sufficient up to 25 Litres.

Directions:
1) Once fermentation has completely finished, degas thoroughly and add Stage 1, then stir gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 1 hour.
2) After 1 hour add Stage 2, and stir very gently for no more than 10 seconds before leaving to stand for 24 hours in a cool place for best results (15C - 59F).
