This Bonnet is so much fun to make! It is very easy to adjust the size. There are a lot of pictures to help you along the way.

Material List
Red Heart Boutique Treasure Yarn or Worsted Yarn of your choice. Please note that Boutique Treasure is a thicker worsted yarn, so if you use a thinner worsted yarn you might have to do a few extra Rounds.
J Hook
Yarn Needle
Amount of Yarn Used
Remember amounts may vary a little.
For the Teen/Adult size, 2 skeins, 7 ounces, 200 g, 302 yards, 276 m, plus a little for the ties and pompoms or tassels if you choose to put them on the bonnet.
You will use a little less yarn for the smaller sizes.
Measurements
These measurements are taken with the bonnet laying flat and being measured at the middle of the bonnet (where your ears would be if you were wearing the hat across). You’re measurements can vary a little, this is not meant to fit tight.

Toddler Measurements: 9” deep x 9” high
Child Measurements: 11-1/2” deep x 11-1/2” high
Teen/Adult Measurements: 13” deep x 13” high
Gauge
Gauge is important if you want your project to come out the right size.
4 inches x 4 inches = 14 sts x 14 Rows
With J hook and yarn
Ch 15
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each st across (14 sc)
Row 2- 14: ch, turn, sc in each st across (14 sc)
At the end of this your swatch should measure 4 inches by 4 inches (or as close to that as possible).
