Yes water proof paint is used. you can wear the shoes in rainy days and wash them, DO NOT brush the paint heavily or use washing machine. Keep shoes away from high temperature.

Yes, return and exchange of unworn shoes in 7 days since arrival are accepted. We pay for the freight only if there's quality flaw.
