Vintage Neiman Marcus black dress with sheer black puffy sleeves. Collar and sleeve cuffs have ruffle with satin accents. High collar buttons at back. Elastic waist with matching tie belt. Small shoulder pads. Two side slit pockets. Fabric is a sheer flowing polyester. Absolutely stunning.

All of my vintage items are prewashed by hand, soaked if any stubborn stains or smells need to be removed and hung dry in the fresh air to get the ultimate fresh sent.

Items that are Dry Cleaned only are sent to cleaners.

I measure my items and double the flat measurement to get the size. If garment has size I will also put that size along with my measurements.
