70s - 80's Little Black Dress. The black dress with big white buttons is very unique with the blouson top and figure hugging skirt. The surprise V-cut neckline on the back is sexy yet classy. Vintage but still contemporary looking. White big keyhole buttons closure on the side. Excellent vintage condition. Union made In USA with ILGWU label.
