Fully lined with 100% rayon; shoulder pads. Definitely a showstopper. Think Tina Turner or Beyonce who really shake things up! Short sleeves are covered also in same beaded fringe pattern; V’d neckline Condition: EXCELLENT...no flaws! Does not appear to have been worn, but if so, very little.
