Accompanied by 5½x2 card bearing two photos of him and contact phone numbers for the William Morris Agency. Tom Tully (1908-1982) appeared in 10 Broadway shows before making his first film appearance (Destination Tokyo. 1943). He received an Oscar nomination (Best Supporting Actor) for The Caine Mutiny (1954), and co-starred in TV's The Lineup (1954-1960). He made two appearances as Rob Petrie's father on The Dick Van Dyke Show (1964, 1966). On a USO tour of Vietnam in 1969, he contracted a dangerous worm infection that required amputation of a leg, but he kept on acting. His last film role was in Charlie Varrick (1973), as a crooked arms dealer in a wheel chair. Lightly creased.
