Brogues are the traditional shoes to wear with a kilt outfit on formal occasions. We have worked closely with craftsmen shoemakers to have this this brogue produced. Perhaps you are buying your first brogues and you're not sure what to expect. Relax - we've tried many and these are exactly what brogues should be. There is padding around the heel and ankle for comfort. The full insole is also padded and is all leather to improve breathability. There is also extra padding to cushion your instep. The sole is leather and is moulded to look like a hand stitched sole. The leather heel is topped with rubber and there are steel tips on the outer edge for maximum durability. The long laces are finished with leather tassels, and you can tie them to hang to the front or the side.
