Attentions:

1. The product is protected by the auto power-off function. After continuously working for 15 minutes , It will cut off the power automatically. To use the humidifier again, please turn on after adding more water.
2. Purified water is recommended. When the misting become smaller, please replace the sponge. Use regularly a fully water absorbed cotton swab(may add some proper white vinegar in the water),vertically press on the spray nozzle and spin forth and back for 5-10 times.
3. Water soluble essential oils are preferable. Please DO NOT use greasy aroma oils.Works well as long as you don't put in too much oil.
4. Please DO NOT use the humidifier when there is not enough water in the tank.
5. Keep out of reach of children.
6. When the product is not being used, please detach it, pour out all the liquid and store it in a cool, dry place.

If it did not work, please try:

It's not broken, it's just not able to process that much oil.
Using a q-tip on the part where the steam is coming out seems to do the trick at clearing up the oil that is preventing it from working properly.
If that doesn't work, turn it on and add a few drops of water in that little indented part on top where the steam vents and it should start working again.
