This is a tabletop tree skirt to go beneath your tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 24" in diameter with the top a cotton fabric of denim blue covered with words of patriotism in squares and flags in red, white and darker blue. There's a 2" white satin ruffle around the outer edge. The skirt has tabbing at one side opening and a matching tie at the top of the neck. It's lined with blue satin fabric and interlined with a layer of batting for a bit of shape. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter.
