Supreme Suspensions F150 lift kit is precision engineered to provide a FULL 3.5 front suspension lift and 2" rear suspension lift for your truck. It will not fit FX4 or FX4-based models. 4WD customers will need to replace rear factory blocks with those in this kit, and will only achieve a .5 rear lift. Supreme Suspensions does not recommend stacking blocks. This F150 lift kit improves the look of your truck and provides for a more impressive stance, allowing you to fit larger custom rims and tires. Our rear suspension lift blocks are made from high-strength carbon steel, and they are also anodized. Your factory shocks can be reused without compromising your ride quality, but we do recommended an alignment after altering the height of your truck. Installation takes 2 - 4 hours.
