Shoulder pads which can easily be removed, v-neckline, 7 black buttons down front side, small cap sleeves and bottom of skirt of dress is full. This dress brings me back to my high school days. Looks adorable worn with a pair of combat boots or Docs. Wear some tights or thigh high socks and a mini blazer for the cooler months or evenings.
