This Sailor Cosmos from Sailor Moon costume will be custom-made in your size. It includes the dress with detachable collar, two foam brooches, ribbon tiara, choker, hair barrettes and arm pins.

The dress is made from satin. The front rainbow panel on the skirt is attached in the seam so it stays in place. The panel is fully lined, so it looks very finished and professional as it moves with the rest of the skirt (no ribbon ends or stitching can be seen on the back side). Each of the rainbow ribbons is firmly attached so they won't come loose or catch on things. The long white ribbons hang loose from the center front point.

The front and waist brooches are foam with a white and gold glitter star. They attach with pins so they can be easily removed and their positions adjusted.

The sleeves are yellow satin and padded to give the appropriate puffed appearance. The barrettes and sleeve pins are made from white foam so they hold the feather shape, but won't get damaged or wear out as quickly as real feathers. The collar has a single row of white ribbon securely stitched to it. The choker and tiara are both white ribbon with a matching gold glitter star attached to them.

I will need the following measurements when you order:

chest
waist
upper hips
upper arm (for sleeves)
shoulders (measure across the back from tip to tip)
neck to waist length (measure from the base of your neck straight down your back to the waist)
skirt length (measure from the upper hip to where the skirt bottom should end
