Please note****All matte top coats are designed to dehydrate nail polish which allows the underlying polish to have the “matte” look. This causes nail polish to chip or wear more easily than using a regular top coat. Using a good quality base coat before applying nail polish may help the chipping in some cases. Allow nails to completely dry before adding the matte top coat
