1.Can I send you some pictures and you make the dress according to my pictures?
Please email us the front view,back view and detailed views of the dress, We'll confirm it with our tailors and reply you within 12 hours.
2.How to maintain my dress?
Dry clean is recommended. You can also wash it in warm water and drip dry. No machine washing.
Low iron if ruffly, please note that beads, sequins, diamonds and other metallic embellishment can NOT be ironed.
Dresses should be kept flat in wardrobes , long time suspension will make dresses deformed.
3.How to return?
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
We'll refund as soon as we receive your return(please do not use certified mail). Please print the return label and sent the dress back in its original condition in 472 days. We don't accept return if it's worn£¬dirty or broken. More details about return, please contact with us freely.
