1. Mermaid tails are for strong swimmers. Age is not the main factor - Can she swim with a dolphin kick and underwater? Adult supervision required. Safety first!!! A mermaid tail will make her strong but let's make sure she is safe first!

2. Coral Seas Monofin comes inside tails. More monofin info below and on coralseasmermaid website.

3. Drop-down size menu has choices for Tail (includes monofin) OR Tail and Top. Size chart at bottom of this page.

4. Not walking tails. These tails are swimming tails and are realistic closed fin.

5. Etsy shipping calculator overcharges shipping on purchases of more than one tail. Overcharge is refunded when shipped.

TOP (if chosen in drop-down menu) is in same fabric as tail (exception Ariel and SeaScales purple top). Specify in notes if you want a different color from tail.

Tops are bikini style. If you prefer tankini specify that in the purchase notes (style pictured in my "Replacement Tail Listing" in my CoralSeasMermaid Etsy shop)

Monofin Design:

This monofin is our own unique design and was designed specifically to eliminate problems with other monofins

1. These are break resistant
2. These do not fall off while swimming
3. These are comfortable
4. These are easy to use.
5. Roll tail down to put feet into footholders

1. Mermaid tails are for strong swimmers only!

2. Adult Supervision absolutely required for swimming with mermaid tails!

3. Purchases are only permitted if purchaser agrees to take responsibly to protect the precious mermaid while she swims!

Care:
1. Rinse chlorine after swimming
2. Do not leave tails lying out in the sun as fabrics can fade
3. Scooting/Jumping/Scraping fabric on concrete will wear it out more quickly
4. Some fabric colors can bleed after first few swims. Keep wet tails separate from other items.


SIZING:

Sizing:
* Don't size up on tails. Tails stretch a lot and you do not want mermaid tails to be too long!
* ORDER BY LENGTH. Send measurements if unsure. Customizing sizing is FREE!
* Can send shoe size in comments if you wish since monofin footholders are sized. Probably only necessary if she is an older child/larger size tail with really small feet.

(5/6) Waist 20-24, Hips 21-25 inches, Waist to floor 25-28 inches

(7/8) Waist 20-25, Hips 23-27 inches, Waist to floor 27-30 inches

(8/10) Waist 22-27, Hips 26-29 inches, Waist to floor 30-33 inches

(10/12) Waist 24-29, Hips 28-32 inches, Waist to floor 33-36 inches

(12/14) Waist 26-31, Hips 31-35 inches, Waist to floor 36-39 inches

Tails are made and mailed in 1-2 days. USPS Priority mail delivery is generally 2-3 days after mailing - no guarantee. USPS controls delivery and they do not take input from me! :)

I do not overnight ship. Shipping is Priority mail.
