8 yard pre-made budget kilt with fringing on the right hand side to give an authentic kilt finish. It has straps which fasten at the side and can be adjusted by around 3"-4". It also has belt loops sewn on the back to keep a kilt belt in place. Please note: delivery to the US usually takes 5-7 working days.
