The beauty of natural leather means that variations in shade, colour and flecks are as a result of the natural product and its genuine appearance that differs from PVC material. Leather is more durable and robust because of its natural qualities. We are proud to say that our items are all hand stitched, with a great eye for detail and craftsmanship. Dry Clean Only - Don't cover in plastic - Use a cool hanger - Raindrops may cause spots to appear, let the item dry naturally, this will maintain its colour - Dry at room temperature, never in the sun or a heat source - Keep chemicals away from your jacket - Use a damp cloth to wipe of dirt. *Returns & Refunds* In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn item or items to us in the original condition and packaging* within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please provide us with a tracking number too. *Exchanges* If you would like an item exchanged, please return the item explaining the reason for the return. Once received, we will send the replacement item for the alternative size or color of your choice.
