Condition: Excellent with general surface wear present in all pre-worn used vintage clothing and just a tad wrinkled from folded storage :). But note: Vinyl on tie at right side is flaking off (see last pic). I advise the easy removal of the tie as it is non-functional and I think the skirt looks much better without it.
