Raine's sculptures have been commissioned and purchased by business organizations and institutions, and are part of public and private collections throughout the world. Raine's solid traditional background in the arts lends sculptural strength and integrity of form, to her work. The levels of textural detail and the materials represented - satin, suede, rubber, cork, are all sculpted in clay, cast, and hand painted in exquisite detail. She uses the unseen anatomy of the foot, to create the illusion of these tiny sculptures having actually been worn by someone.
