These heavy-duty baking sheets eliminate the need for sprays and oils to promote healthy, non-fat cooking. The material is glass fabric coated with PTFE for an eco-friendly, low cost alternative to parchment paper. The baking sheets are the perfect pan liner because the nonstick properties resist sticky, hard to clean residue from cookies, candy and meringues. Plus, they won't pick up or transfer smells and flavors like silicone mats. The baking sheets are made to fit a standard half size bun/sheet pan, however they can easily be cut with scissors for custom sizing. Each sheet can be used approximately 1,000 times. Originally developed for use in convection ovens where parchment paper tends to blow around. They are perfect for drip protection in the bottom of the oven (avoid contact with heating elements). They also serve as an economical alternative for silicone mat users.
