This Purveyor's Story: My name is Matt Elkins and I am the candymaker behind Heavenly Taste Toffee. Our toffee is a family tradition spanning three generations. Invented by my grandmother and scrolled away in her recipe book; my mom, Marilyn Elkins, passed on the recipe to me. Although I have taken her original Milk Chocolate Almond flavor and gone a little nuts with it.
