PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Gildan Ultra Cotton tee is one of the most popular tees sold today. It's made of 100% cotton has a great comfortable feel to it. If you want a standard tshirt this is the one to get.

Body length is measured from highest point on the shoulder down to the hem at the bottom of the shirt. Chest width is measured from the armpit across to the other armpit. Sleeve length is measured from the center of the top of the back down to the end of the sleeve. The American Apparel sleeve length is measured from the start of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

A generic care card is included in all of our packages.

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.
Avoid using bleach & do not dry clean.

***Tees are already preshrunk but there may be some slight shrinkage if you put them in the dryer. To maintain the length line dry or lay flat to dry. Gildan and American Apparel tees vary slightly in color since they are different brands. All designs are printed the same size on different size tees. The colors displayed may also vary due to the user's color settings set on their monitors. All images are mockups of the products and not the actual products themselves.***

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days. If an issue occurs for some reason, we will contact you directly.

USA - Shipping from within the USA on average is 5 - 14 days.

CANADA - Shipping from the USA to Canada may take a little longer than 5 - 14 days depending to the Postal Service.
WORLDWIDE - Shipping from the USA to international destinations may take on average 1 week to 3 weeks.

Add a week to each average shipping time during the holiday season.

Returns & Exchanges

Our manufacturer Print Aura will review replacement/return requests for the following issues:

1. a faulty product such as a hole in a product
2. a print error by Print Aura relating to quality or incorrect image if it is Print Aura's fault

To receive a replacement you are required to provide a photograph so we can review the issue.

If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there is a $5 reshipment fee AND the cost of the shipment.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your product please feel free to contact me about a replacement or refund. If you want a refund then the buyer will pay the shipping fees to return the product back to me. When I receive it, I will issue the refund to you. If your product contains a printing error then I will alert the printing company and have the manufacturer send you a replacement. All refunds are minus shipping costs.
