First , take the insole out, open the paper and you can find the light up system.
Second , check the two wire's connection, make sure the two plugs are plugged into two slots tightly; pull it out and re-plug it again.
Third , re-plug the charge plug; charge the shoes by USB cable to find whether the shoes could light up.
