How to design your dream shoes:
Leave your information about the material you preferred, the heel height, (platform height, ) color, length, your foot width, and best to have a picture.
Then we will send you the quotation.
Once the order is confirmed and paid, factory will get started.

Processing Time (Preparing for your order): 5-10 Business Days. (In this period, we hand cut, hand stitch, hand paint. It takes time. And effort. You can ask for the photo of your order before shipping);
Shipping Time (Delivering your order): 4-6 Business Days. (In this period, you can change the shipping way any time by sending us email);
Receiving Time (Processing+Shipping): 9-16 Business Days. (There will be 2 weeks from the date of the arrival, we can offer you a VIP customer service.)
