Manufactured from 5/32" steel sheet and 2" x .120 wall tubing, this E-Autogrilles Off-Road Rear Bumper is completed in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for long lasting durability. The D-ring mounts are welded both inside and outside for extra strength.
The rated for the tow receiver weight is 3500 pounds. And 350 pounds for tongue weight.
The factory receiver will need to be removed. The bumper attaches with the four stock bolt locations under the factory hitch along with the four bolts located 2 per side.
The hinge assembly is very solid with a tight tolerance. The inside of the tire swing adapter area that mates with the bumper is stainless on stainless steel. There is a lube cap that must be opened periodically to lube the mating surfaces.
