A specific scissor for cutting nose and ear hair makes for a pleasant grooming tool. Dovo's nose scissors always have rounded tips for safety in tight environs, and are produced in both 3.5" or 4" lengths, curved blades or straight blades, and either nickel-plated hot forged carbon steel or stainless steel. This 4" length model 464016 uses the stainless steel with straight blades, and differs from its sibling 44406 in the style of the shanks (they are straight line here, as opposed to bowed-inwards on all other models) and the cutting tips having their terminus be a little closer to the border of the rounded end for a slightly closer cut. The cutting action is strong and durable and provided you use it for its intended purpose it is unlikely you'll ever need to sharpen them (do not use for cutting beard hair). Supplied with small plastic sheath and suitable for steam-sterilization for professional use. Made in Solingen, Germany.
