This Cookie Monster Sesame Street Tutu Dress is made with royal blue tulle on a royal blue crochet tube top. Cookie Monsters face is made out of felt and attached to the bodice of the dress. On the skirt off the dress, there are three cookies.

This dress will fit a child from 6 months old to approximately 2 years old.

Tube top stretches to fit a 24inch chest.

The length of this dress is 20 inches long.
Other lengths are available, please convo me for a custom listing.

All of my dresses are 3 layers of tulle, for maximum fullness and fluff!

Please measure your little doll carefully. These top will only fit up to 24inches in the chest.

To Measure Chest:
Have her put her arms out to the size, while you measure around her chest from under her armpits, have her relax her arms to her side. As long as her chest is under 24inches, this dress will fit her.

To Measure Length:
Measure from under her arms to the desired length you would like the dress. Examples of lengths would be up to her knee or down to her ankle
