The cross supports are made from heavy duty steel and the height of the leg is adjustable to fit your bed frame. This system will not allow a wood foundation to bow when screws are used to hold the frame in place. It will never flex in the middle and allow a bed to have a center sag due to base support. This system will fit most bed frames. This system is meant to be used with both mattress and foundation – this is not a substitute for a boxspring or foundation.
