1. Confirm "Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control" is enabled
2. Press the Settings button on the phone (Checkbox icon). Select "Device Configuration", then "Media Configuration".
3. If "Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control" shows "Disabled", contact your telephone administrator as this may require configuration through a TFTP server or via the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration application.
