We worked with America's oldest tannery (leather maker), Pergamena to source the leather. The leather is undyed, so it's in its natural state. The color is a shade of nude. You will notice markings on the leather because it's original and authentic to the markings and bruises that the animal endured in the wild. We carry on their true path in these hats as a reminder that we carry our own. Pergamena provided us local NY deer from the hunting season last year and goat from American farms.
