These are 10mm round and 1.61mm thick jump rings. Much stronger and sturdier than the traditional jump rings. Use with confidence when attaching charms or clasps etc. Procedure: Hold the jump ring with two smooth or nylon jaw chain nose pairs of pliers with the opening at the top. Twist the right side of the ring a quarter-turn away from you and put in your object onto the Jump Lock. Twist the right side of the ring back toward you, slightly past the closed position. Bring the Jump Lock ring back into the closed position, gently pushing the right side in just enough to make sure that the edges of the two ends make contact with each other. You will hear a click as the jump lock snaps into place.
