The grapes for our Cabernet Sauvignon were selected from premier California vineyards by our Winemaker Beth Liston. Throughout the 2014 growing season, Beth visited these vineyards daily to determine which blocks would make it to the final blend. In 2014, Beth noted it was a dry and warm year, making canopy management key to allow just the right amount of sunlight on the berries, resulting in an ideal balance of flavor and acidity in the glass.Dark Horse
