How to warm: Remove the canvas bag containing the cherry pits from the buttoned section of the doll. Place bag in a 600 watt microwave for one minute. Do not heat more than 1 minute. Do not put the whole doll in the microwave.
How to cool:
Remove the canvas bag with cherry pits from the buttoned section of the doll. Place bag with cherry pits into a plastic bag.Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes. Reinsert into the doll and button the enclosure.
How to wash:
Before washing, remove the canvas bag containing the cherry pits. Do not wash the cherry pits.
