The alcohol-free revitalizing toner helps to gently remove excess oil and soften acne-prone skin with glycolic acid. DIRECTIONS: Step 1 - Use morning and night. Apply a small (dime-sized) amount to dampened skin and gently massage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, pat dry. Step 2 - Apply to cleansed skin with cotton ball or pad, morning and night as needed. Allow Toner to dry and follow with Repairing Treatment. Step 3 - Use morning and night. On thoroughly clean skin, apply a thin layer to the entire affected area. Allow to dry. Do not rinse off.
