Simple, classic elegance is combined with modern bohemian style to form this raw stone engagement ring.

❉ DETAILS ❉ How It's Made-- Each ring is made with a copper base that is formed around the ring creating a smooth organic style setting. It is then extra thickly plated with 18k Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or Rhodium (Silver) for a long lasting finish. Most plated pieces you buy at a jewelry store are only plated with only 1-2 microns of metal thickness. This ring set is between 3-4 microns thick. It can be worn daily as an alternative engagement ring.

To create a solid gold ring, I use solid 14k Rose Gold for the band which I isolate in the forming process and only allow the copper to grow around the stone. This can sometimes form a "lip" between the solid metal band and the copper "setting". This is showcased in the last photo of the series. This photo shows a solid Rose Gold piece before it is sent to the plating company and still has a bare copper "setting". Then the whole piece is plated to ensure the copper is covered around the stone. This option extends the time between plating for your ring. All plated pieces will have to be re-dipped at some point, but since most of the wear happens around the band, having a solid gold band means you can wear it longer between plating. If you are planning this as an engagement ring or for everyday wear, I highly suggest the solid gold version because it will last much longer between plating.

Sizing-- Each ring will vary slightly because they are handmade. There can be up to a 1/4 size variance because electroforming isn't precise, but I try my hardest to ensure each is perfect.

Each stone will look similar to the ones in the photographs but not exactly the same. They are approximately 12x8mm but can vary slightly in both size and shape.
