This product has been formulated to help accelerate the dry time of nail lacquer.

Application : Apply nail polish in your standard manner. Finish with topcoat. Before topcoat is completely dry, hold dropper applicator approximately 1/2 inch above nail, squeeze one small drop onto surface, and continue to complete all.
