This bundled nozzle package includes 12 x TeeJet XR8003VS Extended Range 80° Flat Spray Nozzles and 12 x 4193A-PP-10-50SS Tip Strainers w/ Check Valves.

The 80 degree flat spray pattern produced by the TeeJet XR8003VS Extended Range Spray Nozzle provides excellent spray distribution over its 15-60 PSI pressure range. The flat spray pattern provides uniform coverage with less drift at lower pressures, while producing smaller droplets for better coverage at higher pressures. Use these TeeJet XR Nozzles in broadcast spraying applications to handle post-emergence contact and systemic herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. These nozzles also can handle soil applied herbicides at 30 PSI pressures and lower. Recommended for use on sprayers with spray controllers to allow for the wider differences in pressure that occur within these systems. Nozzles should be spaced 20" apart and 20" above the spraying surface for even coverage.

The TeeJet 4193A-PP-10-50SS Strainer w/ Check Valve acts like a filter for your nozzle, protecting tip orifices from clogging and damage. The check valve addition minimizes nozzle dripping. Can be used with most TeeJet nozzles, but do not use with AI (Air Induction) or DG (Drift Guard) models. Designed for 0.8 GPM flow rates or lower. The ball check valve opens at 5 PSI. Note that a 5-10 PSI pressure drop occurs when using these ball check valves.
