These were super easy to swap out, and they feel great. More weight to them than stock sticks and a very snappy return to center for less jerking the other direction with shooters, platformers, and other games that might need some precision. My only con is that they don't have much for a soft rubber grippy feeling, but they still hold solid after hours of gaming not getting slick. Installed on my PS4 controller
