I've steadily been moving more and more to Ecco shoes because they have a good balance between comfort, support, and style. These ones didn't hit the mark for me personally, though, because I use orthotic inserts. The insole of these shoes is about 2 to 2.5 times the normal thickness of a standard insole, so taking it out and replacing it with my own resulted in the shoes being just too big, and not enough cushion.

Other than that it's a decent shoe - not in my top 3 of Eccos in terms of style, but still good heel/sole support (if you can use the insert it came with) and comfort.

These have a very flexible sole with moderate to minor arch support. The sole is one of the softest from ECCO and is extremely comfortable for a sneaker style shoe with a very low rise. The shoes tend to run a little wide and approximately 1/2-3/4 of a size big. They offer very good traction on wet surfaces compared to the harder sole ECCO shoes I own.
