"The sleeve measurement for a size 18 is 20 inches. The sleeve measurement for a size 20 is 21 inches.

The cut of the Boys jacket will fit differently than the men's due to the overall build and structure difference between a man and a boy. The length of the jacket may also differ depending on the style that you are interested in. "
