If you are as good at making messes as I am, you’re going to want a good Shop-Vac! With so many different brands to choose from at various price points it’s hard to tell which one is the best. Let me tell you, my recent experience with the Shop-Vac 9067300 Genuine 15-22-Gallon High-Efficiency Disposable Collection Filter Bag with the 22 gallon Shop Vac was AMAZING. The bag was easy to install and it performed as advertised so I will purchase again as needed. With COVID, any extra measure to keep dust particles out of my lungs is well worth it to me! The product comes in original ShopVac Brand Poly bags with Shopvac Logos. If you get just the filter bag with no Shopvac bag/logo, you may have been sent a fake one by a seller and please report it to Amazon.

I have a Rigid 16 gallon (6.5 peak HP) shop vac. I bought these because they are cheaper than the Rigid brand bags and someone else said they work with the 16 gallon vac. They are quite a bit bigger than the Rigid bag both in height and in length. The length just means it wraps around the inside of the vacuum completely. This is fine and if it works will actually hold a larger volume of debris. However, the height may (or mat not) be a problem. I put the bag in and it sticks up above the top of the drum. I was able to press it down at the top so I could get the top on. Hopefully this won't cause an issue, but we'll see. Also, the cardboard hole was very tight on the rigid inlet port, but it does go on and therefore makes a very good seal.

Nice bags. Arrived well packed and with rapid shipping. But, be careful when unfolding the bag and be sure to carefully expand the bag and carefully insert it into the vacuum body, especially when connnecting the hose fitting to the vacuum and fitting it into the bag collar. It's too easy to create a small tear that will then leak and grow ever larger. They do a decent job with no visible drywall dust exiting the Shop Vac's exhaust port, but they are a little fragile and at more than $8.00 each for what is essentially just a good paper bag they are pricey. I am now using an extra long suction hose, about 16' long, and considering using a short hose on the exhaust to route any particulates outside that might escape the much less expensive standard bags. This 6.5 HP Shop Vac has more than enough power to handle the longer hose length and this way the tiny amount of dust that excapes through the much less expensive collection bags can be exhausted outside. If they were not so pricey they are the only bags I would use.
