Bought these for my son who outgrew his other size 6 shoes but still couldn't fit in the size 7 just yet. It's super cute and feels light weight and there is enough cushion and support that makes it feels comfortable. My son is only 20 months old yet so he can't really tell me how comfortable they are but he doesn't mind wearing them. It doesn't seem much bigger than the size 6 he is currently wearing, I think it's a little narrow so it fits a little snug, but there is plenty of room in the front where his toes are so I know it's not too small. I just wish the laces were fake and has Velcro instead, this is his first pair of shoes with lace and he loves chewing on them when he's sitting in his stroller. I am looking for some no-tie lace for him right now. Overall, I think these is a great purchase and I would consider buying it again in larger size once he outgrew this pair (and I'll have no-tie laces ready for those too).

These sneakers are absolutely adorable for my 2.5 year old. They are good quality and fit him perfectly. He is in an 8.5 wide. I will definitely order these again. The only minor thing is that the shoe laces are kind of long and we have to double not them which is not a big deal.

Sometimes you get that sneaker, with the brand name, but they are uncomfortable and you just feel guilty when your kids have to wear them to school. These aren't those, real comfortable, great fit, easy on and easy off. New Balance KL574 model. careful as all new balance models are not built the same :)

My husband wanted a pair of New Balance 574 for our daughter so they could wear their 574s together. I love the colors on these and they look exactly like shown in the picture. I was also thrilled to find these in a size 3 since I could only find size 4 in other colors. My daughter can easily walk around in these and we've gotten so many complements! My only complaint (and it's not enough to decrease my rating) is that my daughter can EASILY untie these. The laces are sort of slippery and one quick pull unties them. We've learned to double knot these.

I bought these for my almost 3 year old son. He previously had a pair of New Balance 580 and, full disclosure, I have 2 pairs of New Balance 574 and a pair of New Balance running shoes. I love New Balance. So I was surprised by the poor quality of these shoes, not what I expected from a New Balance product. The laces were cheap and thin and way too long. I doubled ties them and they were still almost touching the floor, the tongue is abnormally short, and the construction between the left and right shoes were uneven and didn't match. There are overwhelmingly positive reviews for these shoes so perhaps I bought a dud, but I felt like these were second rate shoes mascarading as New Balance 574. Needless to say I'm returning them.
