Revived an old grill! Great quality!

Have an old grill that’s pretty beat up. Nothing special, a cheap Outdoor Gourmet.

The burners and heat plates have corroded to the point that 2 burners have large holes in them and couldn't be used. The heat plates were falling apart.

These burners are about a 1/4 inch longer than the ones that came with the grill but I was able to make them work, replacing 4 of the 5 old burners and all heat plates. Once everything was pulled out I shop vac’d all the old crud out, making room for the new crud.

They fired right up with a nice clean even burn across the entire grill. Heat plates are a perfect fit and provide a nice heat distribution. Added a lot of life to this old grill and will definitely buy again.

I ordered this product because I wanted to replace the burners and heat plates for my 4yrs old grill.
I ended up getting just 4 replacement burners instead of 5, they work and fit perfectly fine but only four arrived instead of five.
I contacted them and they are going to send a whole need order which is fine.
Heat plates replacement arrived completed (5).
Besides this mistake everything looks and works fantastic. Replacements are worth it compare with a new BBQ that cost between $300-$400, with the new replacements my grill looks like I bought it yesterday.

I have and odd ball grill from a big box store, its a good grill but the original burners were made out of some aluminum foil thickness tubing. Due to the size of the grill these burners were too short, but I made a bracket to hold the other end. They go in very quickly, super easy. The burner covers are way too short, but my old ones are still good. That said these burners are awesome! My grill gets incinerator hot in like 6 minutes for my "auto clean/ preheat" phase. Then its ready to turn down and cook anything I throw at it. Good buy, don't toss a perfectly good grill because of the old burners crapping out ...

Fit well, quality high. Stainless will discolor after a few uses, and the flame heat plates rust after a year or so. The burner tubes rust through soon after. I mention this so you don't think stainless steel will stand up forever to the heat and caustics that make grilling taste so good. Nothing is permanent in that environment.
